What should I expect during a breathwork session?
Each breathwork session is a guided journey where you'll be supported in exploring your breath in a safe and nurturing space. Sessions may include grounding practices, intentional breathing techniques, and time for reflection. Emotions, memories, or sensations may surface — this is all part of the process. I’m here to guide you through it with care and compassion.
I’m new to shadow work. Is this for me?
Absolutely! Shadow work is for anyone ready to explore their inner world with curiosity and courage. Together, we’ll gently uncover parts of yourself that may have been pushed aside, allowing you to release old patterns and welcome in more self-acceptance. It’s a powerful journey, and you’ll be fully supported every step of the way.
What do I need for my movement or barre class?
For barre classes, I recommend wearing comfortable clothing you can move in and bringing a yoga mat, water bottle, and an open mind. No special equipment is needed — I’ll guide you through everything. Whether you’re experienced or brand new, each class is designed to meet you where you’re at.
